    This is ridiculous. I understand waiting a few days for an upgrade after the .iso comes out, but three and a half months? That's more than halfway to the next release.

    This is a debian package manager change.
    Upstream from debian.
    Ubuntu simply has decided to use it.
    Old Sources will still work, for a while at least.
